Santa Barbara and Back

Settling back into the swing of things after being away from it all for 2 weeks!!  And I realize how important it is to take a break from all of this.  Upon returning Soliz sat up for the first time on his own!  He really sat up!!  He did scream through it each time, but he was sitting!  I was so proud and so thrilled that I sobbed.  This just says it all!  Therapy is important but real life experiences really bring it all to life!  As you see from the photos we discovered Soliz' love of swinging and I believe that because of all the vestibular input he got from swinging, sometimes two times a day, he has found his balance and strengthened his core enough to sit. So now instead of searching for skate parks and pools, like Andre' and Roman do, we are on the look out for bucket swings where ever we go!!!  Thank you Grandma Jojo, Grandpo Dan and Tia Amy for an amazing 2 weeks in Santa Barbara!
